At Samyukta we practice fair trade practices and Our customers & their immense trust is the driving force behind every business endeavor.

Therefore, we provide Life time “BUY-BACK” option to every customer.

Every product is entitling to “BUY-BACK” option with 80% of its metal value at current market Price.

For example, if a customer purchased a Silver Bracelet with weight equivalent to 20 gms and wants to return the bracelet after 5 years. Then he is entitling to get silver value of 18 gms at current market rate.

Customer can check “BUY-BACK” value by entering product serial number at our website.

The policy is extended to all our Indian and international customers.

The “BUY-BACK” Option can be selected when making a new purchase. Incase customer want to return product under “BUY-BACK” Option. He may simple call our customer care number or send an email to care@samyukta and we will arrange for pickup of the product and subsequently a “BUY-BACK” refund will be issues.
